Christmas Last Order Dates
Standard Delivery – Order by 4.30pm Tuesday 19 December 2017
Orders placed before 4.30pm Tuesday 19 December will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday 19 December on a Royal Mail First Class two ‘working day’ service.
Express Delivery* – Order by 4pm Wednesday 20 December 2017
Orders placed between 4.30pm Tuesday 19 and 4.00pm Wednesday 20 December will have the option to select an express delivery* service at checkout. Express delivery orders will be processed and dispatched on Wednesday 20 December on a next ‘working day’ service with UPS. *UK mainland only.
Our postage costs are based on the weight of your order, one figurine weighs just over 1kg within the gift box and 1.2kg in the mailing box. Normally your order will be shipped via Royal Mail on an untracked two ‘working’ day service, please see details above for Christmas shipping. Pre-orders will be dispatched from the date specified on the product listing.
We aim to process all orders within 3 working days of receiving your payment, unless otherwise stated.
At busy times, or for large orders it may take a little longer.
Please note we cannot guarantee a delivery time and Wild in Art cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
No refunds will be paid for late deliveries.
Estimated timescales for delivery:
- 3-5 working days from dispatch, via Royal Mail.
Any items not delivered due to recipient not being home will generally be returned to a local depot after the second delivery attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to Wild in Art.
We will then issue a refund of goods MINUS our postal charges and an admin fee for returned items.
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse it is the carriers responsibility to deliver your package to you.
We have very little if any power to influence any non-delivered items. The carrier will explain their procedures as well as any compensation claim processes. Please allow 10 days after the ETA time before requesting any form of re-delivery or refund.
Out of Stock
Every effort is made to dispatch your order complete. Unfortunately we cannot ensure that we permanently stock all items, although we do try our hardest. In the event we are temporarily sold out of an item you order, we reserve the right to cancel it or replace it with an alternative product unless otherwise instructed. If the delivery of goods is expected to be more than 30 days we will inform you prior to shipping the order in the event you would prefer to cancel it.
